FABRIC
We highly recommend cotton canvas, cotton drill and cotton broadcloth.
Mid weight linen is also a good choice.
We have sewn our BBQ apron from oilskin (cotton canvas with oil finish) which has a more masculine look. Cotton drill is also very suitable for this purpose.
We have also sewn this apron up in an upcycled cotton curtain (Refer the product pictures).
Feel free to embelish your apron with motives, tea towels, lace and pockets.
*be sure to pre-wash fabrics, especially natural fibres like linen and cotton which can shrink up to 10%. You will need to take this into account when buying your fabric.
