If you have a large bust, it is often better to adjust the pattern for this (this is called a full bust adjustment), rather than go up a size. The later often leads to the dress or shirt not fitting properly at the shoulders.
The example in the video uses the Classic Shirt sewing pattern but the same applies with any FBA on a garment with bust darts.
