The Classic shirt and Classic Shirt Dress patterns are designed for a "C" cup. If your bust is a "D" or larger, you can either size up or do an FBA. Sizing up will often result in a shirt that is too large across the shoulders. Completing an FBA is much easier than it sounds, and you will end up with a much better fitting garment. Your alternative is to look at the "iGathered Shirt and Shirt Dress" sewing pattern which has significantly more ease in the bust (and will not require an FBA).
