We take your data security and privacy very seriously and have made every attempt to comply with the new GDPR requirements that came into effect on 25 May 2018.  

When you provide details to us, whether you are ordering products or signing up to receive newsletters and special offers, we will keep the information you provide on secure servers and only use it for the express purpose it was intended (to secure payment for products or delivery addresses as required).  

Protection of your order information: Our website is provided by Shopify who employ professional server deployment tools to manage their infrastructure to ensure that all their (and our) infrastructure remains up to date and secured. Our email software provider is MailChimp who is certified to the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and the Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework.

Protection of your payment information: Your on-line payments are processed outside of our website by a third party on servers that are encrypted and fully secure.  We do not have access to any of this information.  Shopify has its shopping cart hosted on a Level 1 PCI DSS compliant server. The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is a proprietary information security standard for organizations that handle branded credit cards from the major card schemes including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and JCB.  In other words, your data is secure. None of your payment details are processed or held by us.

Cookies: We use advertising networks like Google, Facebook and Pinterest to assist us in evaluating the effectiveness of our advertising. These types of companies use cookies and similar technologies. For more information, please see our Cookie Policy

How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.  If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will ask you directly for your expressed consent.

How do I withdraw my consent?
