Logging in

If you are having trouble logging in to your Sewing Revival customer account it may be that you haven't actually set it up yet, or that you are using a different email address from the one you originally purchased your pattern.

How to Log In to your account:

1. Click "LOG IN" from the main menu bar at the top of the website.
If the menu bar reads "ACCOUNT" instead of "Log In" then you are already logged in.

2. Enter your email address and password where indicated and then click "Sign in".
If you get a message that reads "incorrect email or password" :
     i) First check you have entered the details correctly.
       If all looks well you may not actually have an account so:
     ii) Try clicking "Create Account" and enter your email and a new password. Prior to June 2022, account set up was optional.

3.  Once signed in your ORDER HISTORY will be displayed.
You can click the original download link to access your files. If you have already used up your 3 downloads,please search the downloads folder (sometimes the documents folder) in your computer as the files will have automatically been saved there when you originally downloaded them. Refer downloading and saving files here.

 4. From your account you can also update your address details.
