Troubleshooting

1. I received the purchase confirmation email but I did not receive the email with the link to the PDF file into my INBOX
   Please check your email spam folder in case your security settings have diverted the file on entry. If you find the email in your spam folder, please un-check it as spam so your mailbox knows to keep any other correspondence from us out of spam.
2. I received the email with the file link but cannot find the download file.
   Once you click the yellow button on the file download email - the one that says: "Thank you for your purchase! Here are your downloads:  ", you will be taken to a screen with a yellow button that reads "DOWNLOAD NOW". Click this button and the PDF file will download onto your computer. The PDF file should automatically be placed in your c:/Downloads folder, and, depending on your operating system, a link may also appear at the bottom of your screen. Click the PDF file to open it and print it out.

PRINTING YOUR PATTERN

1. My pattern has not printed to scale
   Check your printer settings are on ACTUAL Size  (scale=100%) and that you have borderless printing turned OFF.
   
2. The grid lines on my printed paper do not line up
   Check the paper was snug against the paper guides in your printer tray before printing. You may have to try again.
